All of these are not allowed! Only property flyers are permitted.  You must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Builder or Developer and provide your business information when creating an account.
  
  
• REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS, owns the design layouts for its customers and will be the exclusive distributor of the customers e-mail communications. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, and software, not supplied by the customer is the property of REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS.
  
  
• REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS, will not be held responsible for any information or images provided by the customer, including content, spelling, web site link, virtual tour link, and accuracy of information.
  
  
• The subject lines of any flyer must not be misleading, non-deceptive, and clearly descriptive of the contents of the e-mail, which is relevant to the recipient's business.
  
  
• Customer warrants that any images provided to REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS are the intellectual property of customer.  Images marked with the copyright of another party are not authorized.  It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure they have proper authorization to use images in their e-mail communications.  REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS cannot be held responsible in the event any third party makes a claim that images were the intellectual property of third party and used without authorization.
  
  
• REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS at its sole discretion may resend any flyers to any Region at any time
  
  
• MLS Listing and Virtual Tour "Links" must be used in accordance with their label and pertain to the subject property.
  
  
• REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration or interception of personal information and data transmissions sent or received by either the originator or a third party.
  
  
• At the bottom of each e-mail communication, a clear and evident unsubscribe link is available so recipients can opt out at anytime. In addition, by opting out, the recipient’s e-mail is completely removed from the system within 72 hours. Should there be any technical issue, recipients can always contact REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS via e-mail or through the web-site and those issues will be addressed promptly.  Please understand that when anyone "opt-out" of any single e-mail communications that they are opting out of all customers that utilize our e-mail communications service.

• REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS reserves the right to remove, edit or change any e-mail communication for any reason. REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS does not allow Profanity or Web Site References other than your own website. Failure to comply with State and Federal laws including The Fair Housing Act which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin or any other unlawful discriminations not listed above will get you and your communications(s) removed.
  
  
• The customer agrees, at their sole expense, to take full responsibility and defend REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers, and to hold harmless against any 3rd party claims or suits for using any information or image provided by the customer.
  
  
• REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable laws, regulation, or government request.
  
  
• REALTOUR AFFORDABLE FLYERS & VIRTUAL TOURS limits the resending of flyers for the same property to no more than 3 times during 1 week, this is to avoid agents becoming irritated and unsubscribing, thereby reducing the deliverability of our flyers.
  
  
• Builders & Developers must be offering a co-broke to Real Estate Agents to use this site.
  
  
• Flyers are stored in our system for 12 months for quick resends.
  
  
• Virtual Tours are good for 1 year from Purchase Date.
  

These terms of use may be modified at any time, without notice. It is the  customer’s responsibility to check the terms of use section on a regular basis so they are aware of any changes. If, for any reason, any part of this agreement is deemed legally improper, inapplicable or inoperative, the remainder shall remain legally proper, applicable and operable.
